A leading Construction Project is urgently hiring for the role of Junior MEP BIM Modeler
QUALIFICATION:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Basic knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- 0–2 years of experience in BIM modeling or MEP design
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and modify MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and sections for MEP systems
- Assist in coordination between MEP, architectural, and structural disciplines
- Perform basic clash detection using Navisworks
- Update models based on design changes and site requirements
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and guidelines
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
NOTE:
- Candidate should have a valid Iqama ID minimum of 3 months 2026
