As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for developing detailed irrigation BIM models supporting design coordination, documentation, and construction across live UAE-based real estate and community development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for irrigation systems including piping networks, sprinklers, drip lines, valves, controllers, and pump stations
• Coordinate irrigation models with landscape, architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes
• Prepare irrigation working drawings, schematics, sections, details, and quantity take-offs from BIM models
• Ensure models comply with project BIM execution plans (BEP), LOD requirements, and company/client standards
• Update and revise models based on design changes, RFIs, and site instructions
• Support preparation of BIM coordination reports and clash detection logs
• Liaise with irrigation consultants, landscape architects, and site teams to ensure model accuracy against design intent
• Extract data from models for material scheduling, cost estimation, and procurement support
• Maintain version control and manage model data within the Common Data Environment (CDE)
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and design reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil/Agricultural Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, with dedicated experience in irrigation system modeling
• Proven experience working on projects in the UAE is mandatory
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Navisworks
• Working knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and BEP documentation
• Strong understanding of irrigation system design, water management practices, and relevant UAE water/irrigation standards
