Role Description

We are seeking skilled BIM Modelers — both Mechanical / MEP and Civil / Structural — to join our BIM team supporting one of the Kingdom's landmark projects. There are 4 vacancies open for this role. This is a full-time, fully remote position, working closely with our engineering team in Saudi Arabia.

Preference will be given to candidates based outside Saudi Arabia who are able to work fully remotely.

You will develop, coordinate, and maintain detailed models in Revit, producing coordinated shop drawings and clash-free models that meet project standards and schedules. Day-to-day work includes modeling mechanical/HVAC or civil/structural systems, running clash detection and resolving conflicts, coordinating with architectural, structural, and electrical disciplines, extracting quantities and drawing deliverables, and keeping models compliant with the project BIM Execution Plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Mechanical or Civil Engineering is preferred, but the degree does not have to be in Mechanical Engineering — any related discipline is acceptable

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Revit modeling, either MEP/HVAC or Civil/Structural

• Proven experience producing coordinated shop drawings and as-builts for large commercial or industrial projects

• Proficiency with Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination

• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans, LOD requirements, and common data environments

• GCC or mega-project experience is a strong advantage

• Strong attention to detail and reliable communication in English

• Self-disciplined and productive in a remote working setup
