Develop, manage, and update detailed 3D BIM models for landscape projects, covering hardscape, softscape, irrigation, grading, and site infrastructure.
Generate high-quality technical drawings, construction documents, schedules, and visualizations directly from BIM models.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company BIM standards, project specifications, and industry codes.
Design & Multidisciplinary Coordination
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate landscape elements seamlessly into overall project designs.
Participate in design coordination meetings to support clash detection and resolution, eliminating design conflicts.
Provide BIM expertise to facilitate smooth collaboration across all project phases, from concept to execution.
Quality Control & Standards Compliance
Implement BIM execution plans, workflows, and protocols aligned with best international practices (e.g., ISO 19650).
Conduct regular model audits and quality reviews to maintain technical integrity and compliance with project requirements.
Maintain standardized BIM libraries, templates, and families for landscape elements to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Project Delivery & Support
Assist project managers and design leads in ensuring timely delivery of coordinated BIM outputs across project milestones.
Support quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and material specifications through BIM-based data extraction.
Provide technical input for tender submissions, client presentations, and construction documentation packages.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay updated with emerging BIM tools and technologies to improve landscape modeling, visualization, and efficiency.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance collaboration, reduce risks, and optimize project delivery.
Share knowledge, provide guidance, and support training initiatives to strengthen BIM capabilities within the team.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Materials, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., NACE, ASNT) are an advantage.
Strong knowledge of international standards (ASTM, ISO, BS) and material testing practices.
Proficiency in engineering tools and material analysis software is preferred.
58 years in material engineering within construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
35 years in material testing, quality control, or related engineering functions.
Strong expertise in material properties, testing methods, and performance evaluation.
Proficiency in engineering software and material analysis tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Knowledge of sustainability practices and material lifecycle management.
