Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Modeler specialising in mechanical systems to join our team . In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models of mechanical systems using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.

  • Develop and maintain complex 3D BIM models for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper coordination and integration of mechanical systems with other building components
  • Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between mechanical and other building systems
  • Create detailed shop drawings and construction documents from BIM models
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and project specifications
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise on BIM-related issues
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes
  • Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and best practices in mechanical engineering
