Prepare CAD drawings and develop accurate 3D BIM models.
Create, manage, and maintain BIM families, components, and templates.
Align and update 3D models in accordance with guidance from the Project Controls Manager and/or Planning Engineer to support 4D and 5D planning activities.
Incorporate design changes, revisions, and updates into BIM models as directed.
Assist in clash resolution by coordinating with other disciplines and implementing the necessary adjustments within BIM models.
Collaborate with project teams to resolve clashes and ensure effective coordination of design elements.
Participate in regular coordination meetings and interdisciplinary workshops to identify, discuss, and resolve design conflicts.
Generate accurate, high-quality 2D drawings and project documentation from BIM models.
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with project standards in all extracted drawings and documentation.
Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of drawings prior to submission.
Adhere to established BIM standards, protocols, and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, guidelines, and project requirements for BIM modeling and coordination.
Collaborate with the BIM team to develop, maintain, and enhance BIM workflows, processes, and standards.
Work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams to support project delivery objectives.
Education / Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Civil, Construction, Architecture, or Structural Engineering), or an equivalent qualification.
Certifications in Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks are preferred
Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in related industries.
