BIM Project Manager

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Reports To: BIM Manager / Head of Architecture

Role Overview

MHCEG is seeking a BIM Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of BIM-enabled projects. The successful candidate will ensure project objectives, schedules, quality standards, and BIM deliverables are achieved while coordinating multidisciplinary teams across international projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage BIM project delivery from initiation through completion.
  • Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and client expectations.
  • Facilitate coordination meetings and technical workshops.
  • Manage client communication and project reporting.
  • Support BIM Manager in implementing BIM processes and quality standards.
  • Review project models and deliverables to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with international teams and external consultants.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of BIM workflows and project delivery methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and project management software.

Experience

  • 6–8 years of professional experience.
  • Experience managing BIM projects or multidisciplinary design teams.
  • Proven track record delivering complex projects in architecture or engineering environments.
  • International project experience is preferred.

Skills

  • Strong project planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Effective stakeholder and client management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
