Architectural Speciality

Develop Revit architectural models (finishing/partitions/ceilings)

Prepare room layout drawings

Prepare tiling layouts/ceiling layouts/door schedules

Extract quantities & BOQ support

Update drawings based on consultant comments. Follow BIM standards and naming protocols

Coordinate with MEP for openings & clearances

Prepare as-built markups support

Structural Speciality

Prepare rebar shop drawings, develop structural Revit models, and prepare concrete pour drawings 

Coordinate sleeves/embeds

Update drawings based on site changes

Extract bar bending schedules (BBS)

Mechanical Speciality

Model ducts/pipes in Revit

Prepare coordinated HVAC layouts. Prepare sections and clearance drawings

Update drawings per coordination comments

Extract equipment schedules

Electrical Speciality

Model cable trays/conduits. Prepare lighting layout drawings

Prepare power & small power layouts. Update drawings per clash reports

Prepare panel schedules support

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience with related software.
• Strong background in Design practices.
• Proven experience in Project Management and the ability to oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
• Team Leadership skills to guide and mentor team members, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.
• Familiarity with local and international architectural standards and practices is beneficial.

·· Minimum 2+ years of experience in BIM

· Proven experience leading BIM teams on large-scale Commercial and Mixed-Use projects

· Advanced proficiency in Revit

· Strong hands-on experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (Essential)

· Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks)

· Solid understanding of BIM standards and processes, including ISO 19650, LOD, and BEP

· Experience working within multidisciplinary project environments

· Gulf (Middle East) project experience is preferred

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
