We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient BIM Architect to join our design and construction team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional expertise in Autodesk Revit, advanced knowledge of computational design tools (e.g., Dynamo, Python scripting), and proven experience managing projects through high Levels of Development (LOD 400 and LOD 500). This role is critical for optimizing the BIM workflow, ensuring model quality, and facilitating the efficiency of the entire BIM team.

- Key ResponsibilitiesBIM Workflow Management: Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and quality control procedures across all projects.
- Advanced Revit Modeling: Execute complex architectural modeling tasks in Revit to meet project deliverables, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company/project BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Computational Design & Automation: Leverage Dynamo, Python, and other scripting tools to automate repetitive tasks, generate complex geometry, optimize design processes, and enhance data management within the BIM environment.
- High LOD Expertise: Produce and manage models accurately and reliably at LOD 400 (Construction) and LOD 500 (As-Built), ensuring models are suitable for fabrication, construction sequencing, and asset management handovers.
- Team Facilitation: Act as a technical expert and mentor to the BIM team, streamlining their work, providing training, and troubleshooting complex modeling or software issues.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure model interoperability, clash detection, and accurate information exchange.
- Content Creation: Develop and maintain high-quality, parametric Revit families and project templates.
- Qualifications & RequirementsArchitectural Background: Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience working with BIM in an architectural or AEC environment.
- Revit Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory, including worksharing, phasing, design options, and complex project setup.
- Computational Fluency: Proven ability to create and deploy Dynamo scripts and/or other programming languages (e.g., Python) for BIM automation and data manipulation. Please highlight this experience.
- LOD Experience: Demonstrated project experience delivering models at LOD 400 and LOD 500.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of BIM data management, COBie, and industry-standard classification systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- PreferredBIM-related certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional).
- Experience with other relevant software like Navisworks, AutoCAD, or point cloud processing tools.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
