BIM Specialist

Scope of Work

• Utilize the AMANA BIM platform to ensure effective collaboration across all project stakeholders (architects, engineers, contractors).
• Deliver BIM services in line with the agreed project scope and timelines, including:
• Revit modeling
• Revit family creation
• Clash detection and coordination
• 3D visualization and animation
• 4D construction sequencing simulation
• 5D quantity take-offs and cost integration
• 7D asset and facility management deliverables (COBie)
• Prepare BIM deliverables in accordance with Employer Information Requirements (EIR).
• Perform QA/QC of BIM models based on project standards and LOD requirements (LOD 300 to LOD 500).
