BIM Structure Team Leader - North Coast

Role Description The BIM Structure Team Leader – North Coast is a full-time, on-site role based in North Coast. This role is responsible for leading the structural BIM team, coordinating modeling activities, and ensuring that all structural models and drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and standards. The BIM Structure Team Leader oversees the integration of structural models with other disciplines, reviews and approves shop drawings, and resolves technical clashes and design issues in collaboration with project stakeholders. Daily tasks include supervising site-related BIM activities, supporting structural inspections with accurate model data, and maintaining documentation for revisions and approvals. The role also involves mentoring team members, communicating progress and issues to project management, and contributing to continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience to lead structural BIM activities and coordinate with on-site teams.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with engineers, architects, consultants, and construction personnel.
• Candidates should possess solid Inspection and Construction Safety skills to support compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in BIM and structural design tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) and an understanding of relevant building codes.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field, and prior experience in structural BIM leadership roles.
• Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
