Role Description The BIM Team Leader (Architecture) is a full-time, on-site role based in Madinaty. This role is responsible for leading the architectural BIM team, overseeing model creation and coordination, and ensuring that project documentation meets company standards and client requirements. Daily tasks include managing BIM workflows, supervising the development of architectural models and drawings, coordinating with project management and engineering teams, and resolving design and documentation issues. The BIM Team Leader will implement BIM standards, support the integration of new technologies, provide guidance and training to team members, and ensure timely delivery of accurate models and information for ongoing projects.
Qualifications
  • Strong background in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate project requirements into coordinated BIM models.
  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and processes, including model management, clash detection, and documentation standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and monitoring progress across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven Team Leadership skills, with experience guiding, mentoring, and developing architectural and BIM professionals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; advanced certifications in BIM or project management are an advantage.
  • Experience in large-scale or complex construction projects, preferably in commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, consultants, and site teams.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
