JOB PURPOSE:
Perform Installation, Periodic Preventive Maintenance (PPM's), and Repair, testing, commissioning & recalls of all biomedical equipment sold by the company.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement all the technical activities needed to install, repair, and implement recalls of all medical equipment.
- Saudi Citizen
- 2-3 years experience with laboratory machines.
- Report all his technical activities to direct supervisor in weekly basis.
- Follow up all the process and procedures according to the company internal policy and procedures.
- Knowledge transfer & internal training for new comers in the service field.
- Report any dilemma that could be harm the company to his direct manager.
- Perform all daily activities instructed to him by direct supervisor.
- Supporting company sales team activities.
- Traveled extensively (70% internal travel) to respond to on-site technical requests, equipment maintenance, and client support issues across assigned regions
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in related field.
