Job Title: Biomedical Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend service calls independently, efficiently, and on time by understanding customer needs and delivering value to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Perform field service activities including installations, preventive maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
- Receive and log service calls and complaints, responding proactively to customer needs.
- Monitor warranty and service contracts, ensuring timely follow-up on expirations.
- Manage spare parts inventory and movement to support effective after-sales service.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through fast response times, maximum equipment uptime, and accurate troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to discuss service incidents and seek support when necessary.
- Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain remote technical support.
- Demonstrate familiarity with service processes in governmental sector hospitals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and supplier technical guidelines.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in IVF or ICU environments.
- Business-level proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and overseas.
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Membership
