Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Biomedical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, calibration, and performance monitoring of medical equipment, ensuring all devices operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment and rehabilitation devices.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Coordinate equipment calibration, testing, and safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation.
• Work closely with clinical teams to ensure equipment meets operational needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, upgrades, and warranty support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manufacturer guidelines, and hospital policies.
• Support the evaluation and commissioning of new medical equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in biomedical engineering, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation center.
• Strong knowledge of medical equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and medical equipment safety standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is required.
• Valid SCFHS registration/classification (preferred).
