Job Description

Job Title: Bitrix24 CRM Development Manager

Department: Operations / Technology

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reports To: CEO / Head of Operations

Position Overview

Provident Real Estate is seeking an experienced Bitrix24 CRM Development Manager to lead the design, development, customization, and ongoing optimization of our CRM ecosystem.

This role requires a technically strong, business-minded leader who can manage both the development and project management aspects of the CRM ensuring workflows are functional, up-to-date, and continuously improving to match the pace of our high-volume real estate business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, upgrading, and maintaining the CRM to ensure smooth operations across all departments Sales, Marketing, Admin, and Property Management while leading a team of developers and CRM specialists.

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Development & Customization

Architect, build, and maintain custom Bitrix24 modules, automations, and integrations tailored for real estate operations.

Develop lead distribution algorithms, property listing tools, sales dashboards, and campaign tracking automations.

Customize pipelines, stages, fields, and workflows for off-plan, ready, leasing, resale, and holiday home divisions.

Create custom Bitrix24 tools that support agent performance monitoring, campaign attribution, and lead qualification tracking.

Develop and integrate with third-party tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).

Implement and maintain robust data synchronization between CRM, marketing platforms, and internal databases.

Ensure the CRM is fully customized, updated, and upgraded to meet evolving company processes.

2. Workflow Management & Optimization

Audit, refine, and document end-to-end workflows for lead generation, follow-up, viewing, offer, deal closing, and post-sale stages.

Build automated triggers for lead scoring, agent notifications, and client communication flows.

Create management dashboards for department heads to track conversion rates, productivity, and marketing ROI.

Ensure that all automations and workflows are functioning properly and upgraded regularly for maximum efficiency.

Monitor system health and proactively address workflow errors or bottlenecks.

3. Project & Team Management

Lead a cross-functional team of CRM developers, data analysts, and system administrators.

Translate management and departmental needs into structured CRM projects with clear deliverables and timelines.

Manage project lifecycles planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization.

Maintain clear documentation of system logic, automations, and workflow changes.

Oversee version control, testing protocols, and system change approvals.

4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication

Work closely with Sales Directors, Marketing Managers, Team Leaders, and Admin Departments to gather requirements.

Conduct training sessions for department heads and new agents on CRM functionalities.

Liaise with external Bitrix24 vendors or consultants for advanced module builds when needed.

Present regular reports on CRM performance, user adoption, and enhancement progress to management.

5. Maintenance, Upgrades & Quality Assurance

Regularly review, update, and upgrade the CRM to incorporate new Bitrix24 features, API improvements, and business needs.

Ensure data hygiene, system security, and regular backups.

Oversee error monitoring, bug fixing, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Guarantee consistent uptime and reliability for 24/7 system operations.

Implement version control and change management protocols to ensure safe updates.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.

PMP or Agile certification preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years experience in CRM development and customization, including at least 3 years in Bitrix24.

Proven track record managing CRM projects and teams in real estate or high-volume sales environments.

Experience integrating CRM with marketing, telephony, and property listing platforms.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, REST API, and Bitrix24 automation rules.

Familiarity with MySQL, CRM database design, and API integrations.

Knowledge of system architecture, workflow automation, and UI customization.

Experience integrating WhatsApp, email automation, and lead enrichment tools (Apollo, ChatGPT API, etc.).

Employment Details

Type: Full-time

Location: Dubai, UAE (Head Office)

Salary Range: AED 18,000 28,000/month (depending on experience)

Reports To: CEO / Operations Director
