Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in the BlackRock Aladdin platform to support and enhance investment management, risk analytics, and portfolio operations solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise along with a solid understanding of asset management and financial markets. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, portfolio managers, operations teams, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions, automate workflows, and improve operational efficiency across the investment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support solutions on the Aladdin platform.
- Work with portfolio management, risk, and operations teams to understand business requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, ETL pipelines, and data interfaces.
- Configure and enhance Aladdin workflows, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
- Support trade lifecycle management, investment operations, and reconciliation processes.
- Analyze portfolio, market, and risk data to support investment decisions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments.
- Create technical documentation, process flows, and support manuals.
- Ensure data quality, system performance, and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
- Relevant experience working on the Aladdin platform in investment banking or asset management environments.
- Strong understanding of financial products, portfolio management, and investment operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Front Office, Middle Office, or Risk Management functions.
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and enterprise integrations.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Bloomberg or Reuters integrations.
- Knowledge of performance attribution and investment analytics.
- Exposure to data warehousing and reporting solutions.
- Certifications related to financial markets or cloud technologies
