Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of overall experience in software engineering.
• Strong experience designing and developing enterprise-grade distributed applications using Java/J2EE.
• Experience with scalable, low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of design principles, architectural patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and driving technical delivery.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience collaborating with global technology and business teams.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and empower high-performing engineering teams.

Good to Have

• Experience with AWS Cloud and cloud-native technologies.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL.
• Exposure to Digital Assets, Blockchain technology, or DeFi protocols.
• Experience in financial services, investment management, or asset management.
