Job Summary

The Blown Film Extrusion Operator is responsible for the efficient operation, start-up, monitoring, and troubleshooting of blown film extrusion lines. The role requires strong technical expertise in coextrusion processes and internal bubble cooling (IBC) systems to ensure consistent product quality and optimal machine performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor blown film extrusion lines in line with production plans.
  • Perform co-extrusion line start-up, changeovers, and shutdowns.
  • Set, monitor, and control film gauge and bubble stability.
  • Operate and troubleshoot Internal Bubble Cooling (IBC) systems.
  • Identify and resolve process and quality issues to minimize downtime and scrap.
  • Ensure products meet defined quality, safety, and operational standards.
  • Work collaboratively with maintenance and quality teams to support continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Blown Film Extrusion.
  • Proven expertise with Internal Bubble Cooling (IBC) systems.
  • Strong experience in Co-Extrusion line start-up, gauge control, and troubleshooting.

Work Conditions

Must be able to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
