Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced BMS Engineer to oversee 24/7 Building Management System (BMS) operations across one of the mall project and associated entertainment assets. The role focuses on HVAC optimization, Delta-T management, energy performance monitoring, SLA compliance, and driving energy efficiency initiatives within a high-footfall, mixed-use environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor 24/7 BMS operations to ensure optimal performance of HVAC and MEP systems.
- Optimize HVAC systems and implement Delta-T improvement strategies to enhance energy efficiency.
- Conduct energy analysis, monitor consumption trends, and recommend energy-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, operational KPIs, and health & safety standards.
- Troubleshoot BMS-related issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution.
- Support integration and functionality of energy monitoring systems and CAFM platforms (Maximo preferred).
- Prepare technical reports, performance dashboards, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and OEMs to ensure seamless system performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of BMS experience within large mixed-use, mall, or high-footfall facilities.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, energy monitoring systems, and building automation systems.
- Experience working with CAFM systems (Maximo preferred).
- Preferred experience with Honeywell operating systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
