About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Building Management Systems (BMS) for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform BMS commissioning activities including point-to-point checks, loop testing, and Functional Performance Testing (FPT).
- Commission HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and pressurization systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot BACnet, Modbus RTU/TCP, and LonWorks communication protocols.
- Integrate BMS with Fire Alarm, Lighting Control, and Access Control systems.
- Verify compliance with project specifications, SBC, SEC, ASHRAE, and Civil Defense requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to sensors, actuators, DDC controllers, and control panels.
- Prepare commissioning reports, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and support project handover.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and BMS vendors throughout the commissioning process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 4–10 years of experience in BMS Commissioning.
- GCC experience is preferred.
- Experience in large-scale projects such as airports, hospitals, commercial towers, industrial facilities, or infrastructure projects.
Required Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following BMS platforms:
- Siemens (Desigo CC)
- Schneider Electric (EcoStruxure)
- Honeywell (Centraline) / Tridium
- Johnson Controls (EasyIO)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems, DDC controllers, SCADA, and control wiring.
- Ability to read P&IDs, control schematics, IFC drawings, and MEP drawings.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
