Job Title: BMS Project Engineer Manager
Location: Riyadh- Saudi Arabia
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) and Building Automation projects.
- Strong hands-on experience throughout the full BMS project lifecycle, including installation, wiring, site coordination, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Advanced proficiency in the Niagara Framework (N4).
- Practical experience working with leading BMS platforms and solutions such as Honeywell and Johnson Controls.
- Proven ability to manage projects from installation through testing, commissioning, and final handover.
- Strong technical documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee BMS projects from initiation through completion.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documentation to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Lead engineering, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates and reports.
- Supervise subcontractors and on-site teams to ensure timely execution.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges during project implementation.
- Support system integration with HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and other building systems.
- Ensure complete documentation, proper system handover, and client training upon project completion.
