About the Role
We are seeking experienced, driven BMS Sales Engineers / Sales Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS) with a commercial mindset to drive business growth and deliver value-driven solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the BMS and Building Automation sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Provide technical consultation and present tailored BMS solutions to prospective clients
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with technical and project delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in building automation.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in BMS, Building Automation, or a similar industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
