This role involves driving sales of Building Management Systems (BMS) through technical expertise and relationship-building with clients. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their BMS requirements and provide expert advice.
- Conduct on-site assessments and technical evaluations of buildings to create customized BMS solutions.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of BMS solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support during the bidding and post-sales process.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in BMS technology to maintain competitive edge and product knowledge.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or technical sales within the construction or building management industry.
- Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems, KNX, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals and budget.
