Junior BMS Site Engineer

Electra Control is hiring a Junior BMS Site Engineer to support the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of Building Management System projects.

Responsibilities

* Review BMS drawings, control schematics, and points lists.

* Supervise the installation of controllers, sensors, actuators, panels, and control wiring.

* Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and HVAC teams.

* Perform point-to-point and functional testing.

* Support commissioning and system integration.

* Troubleshoot wiring and communication issues.

* Prepare progress reports and project documentation.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Communications, Mechatronics, or Control Engineering.

* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

* Basic knowledge of electrical controls and HVAC systems.

* Ability to read technical drawings.

* Good communication, English, and computer skills.

* Knowledge of BMS, BACnet, Modbus, or AutoCAD is an advantage.

* Willingness to work at project sites and travel when required.
