Senior BO RAN Engineer – Nokia Vendor Expert.

Experience: 5–8 Years | Focus: Back Office Troubleshooting & Operations

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior BO RAN Engineer specializing in the Nokia ecosystem to lead Tier-2/3 remote troubleshooting and operational activities. You will manage network stability, perform root-cause analysis, and execute complex changes via Nokia OSS platforms.

Core Activities & Troubleshooting

Tier-2/3 Escalations: Lead deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on chronic drops, outages, and signaling failures.

Network Operations: Execute mass parameter updates, script-based re-homing, and frequency refarming.

Trace & Protocol Analysis: Perform Layer 3 and call flow analysis using Nokia trace tools.

Maintenance Windows: Plan and execute software upgrades, patches, and feature activations on Nokia AirScale/Flexi hardware.

MOP & KPI Management: Author Method of Procedure (MOP) documents and safeguard accessibility/retainability KPIs.

Technical Requirements

Vendor Expertise: 5–8 years of BO experience strictly with Nokia RAN (AirScale BBU/RRU, Flexi).

Tooling: Expert level in Nokia NetAct and CLI/MML command handling.

Scripting: Proficiency in Python, Shell, or UNIX automation is a strong plus.

Qualifications

B.Sc. in Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering.

Proven track record in a Back Office (BO) or NOC environment.
