Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The NEEDS Center is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work as part of team providing ABA care to a high-net worth family in in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This role provides an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by enhancing clinical services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based interventions.

• This is a 20-hour per week, part-time position.
• Hourly Pay: $90-$100 USD

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plan for our client.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide training, support, and feedback to ABA Specialists who are also working with our client, to help them manage any challenging behaviors and teach appropriate replacement behaviors.
• Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness, recommend improvements, and ensure continued progress.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education).
• Current BCBA certification/license (required).
• At least three (2) years of experience in an ABA-based setting, providing clinical services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Proven experience in:

• Conducting functional behavior assessments.
• Developing and implementing behavior support plans.
• Creating program materials and training staff.
• Supervising direct service providers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Mac including software such as Excel, Word, and other program-related tools.
