Role Description The Office Manager–Personal Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including coordinating schedules, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and organizing files and records. The position also includes personal assistant duties, such as managing calendars, arranging meetings and travel, preparing correspondence and basic reports, and following up on action items for leadership. The Office Manager–Personal Assistant will act as a primary point of contact for visitors and callers, handle basic customer inquiries, support internal communication among teams, and ensure the office environment is organized and efficient. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, prioritizing multiple tasks, and supporting management with administrative and coordination activities.
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and partners.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including scheduling, filing, record-keeping, and meeting coordination.
  • Ability to operate and manage Office Equipment and basic office technology tools efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Comfort with common productivity software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Previous experience in an office management, executive assistant, or personal assistant role is preferred.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is an advantage.
