AOP Marine is Hiring Boarding Officer
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Boarding Officer to join our marine agency team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE ports, immigration procedures, and vessel operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate vessel operations, including customs clearance and delivery of ship spares.
- Liaise with UAE immigration authorities and seaport officials for crew and vessel documentation.
- Provide meet-and-greet services at airports and hotels when required.
- Stay updated on local regulations, traffic laws, and operational procedures across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other Emirates.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong understanding of UAE seaport and immigration procedures.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- UAE Driver's License.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Previous experience with UAE Port authority / shipping agency industry is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Arabic.
