About the Company

Aspire Manpower Services is hiring on behalf of our client for an outsourced Bookkeeper position. We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified finance professional to join our client's team under an outsourcing Model.

Responsibilities

• Record all payments, including supplier payments, payroll, staff payments, and other financial transactions.
• Record all revenue and ensure completeness and accuracy of revenue generated.
• Maintain accurate records of petty cash transactions and ensure all payments are properly approved.
• Enter financial transactions into the accounting system and maintain proper supporting documentation.
• Review and assist in preparing financial reports as required by management.
• Assist management in preparing financial forecasts and projections.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial reporting.
• Support financial controls, compliance, and audit-related requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.
• Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience.
• Functional knowledge of Control Assessments and ICOFR.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in applying IFRS.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and accuracy.

Pay range and compensation package

• Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 18,000 per month
• 1-Year Contract – Renewable based on business requirements and performance
• Outsourced employment through Aspire Manpower Services
