We are currently seeking a CRM and Business Analyst Internas part of our dynamic team in Dubai.

• Supporting the General Manager in successfully implementing, enhancing and maintaining CRM and engagement program activities in the region
• Carrying out the weekly reports analysis (nationalities, prospects, sales to local) to set up customer segments and work on activities to increase customer loyalty
• Assisting in the coordination of events/initiatives and monitoring their performance: ROI (results on investment) calculation, conversion rate
• Producing performance reports and Powerpoint presentations for ad hoc requests/needs as well as keeping updated customer's database to elaborate detailed reports for all CRM projects
• Participating in store visits with the General Manager to enforce the communication flow with Store Managers to coordinate with them all the CRM activities

• Freshly graduated in Economics Bachelor/Master's degree
• Passionate about Luxury & Sales/Marketing fields
• Fluency in English is a must. Arabic is a plus
• On a family or student visa
• Strong analytical skills, excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Package (Advance in Excel, PPT)
