Position Purpose

The Brand Manager is the creative engine of BOUNCE. This role owns how our brand shows up in the world how it looks, sounds, feels, and connects. You bring our story to life across every touchpoint, ensuring BOUNCE stays culturally relevant, emotionally engaging, and unmistakably us.

You don't just tell stories you create moments people want to share, laugh about, and be part of. From youth-driven content to offline campaigns and partnerships, you ensure BOUNCE stays top-of-mind, loved, and evolving.

Key accountabilities:

Brand & creative leadership:

Act as the guardian and storyteller of the BOUNCE brand ensuring consistency, relevance, and impact across all platforms

Translate brand strategy into bold, compelling campaigns, content, and experiences

Stay plugged into youth culture, trends, memes, news, and conversations and turn what's happening now into BOUNCE-relevant moments

Ensure brand positioning, tone, and identity are consistent across ATL, BTL, and everything in between

Drive brand visibility through aggregators, listings, media exposure, and partnerships that build reach and digital discoverability

Marketing Execution & delivery:

Act as the guardian and storyteller of the BOUNCE brand ensuring consistency, relevance, and impact across all platforms

Translate brand strategy into bold, compelling campaigns, content, and experiences

Stay plugged into youth culture, trends, memes, news, and conversations and turn what's happening now into BOUNCE-relevant moments

Ensure brand positioning, tone, and identity are consistent across ATL, BTL, and everything in between

Drive brand visibility through aggregators, listings, media exposure, and partnerships that build reach and digital discoverability

Strategy & Relationship Management

Identify, establish, and manage brand-aligned partnerships that extend reach and attract new audiences

Manage relationships with agencies and suppliers including PR, traditional media, and marketing service providers

Represent Marketing in cross-business initiatives, bringing a strong brand lens to decision-making

Insights, reporting & collaboration

Deliver monthly reporting on traditional marketing, partnerships, and brand initiatives sharing results, learnings, and next moves

Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, including Leadership Team members and Venue Managers

Ensure brand alignment across central teams and venues through collaboration, clarity, and consistency

Skills & Experience Required

If you are right for this role, you will be an idea generator with the experience to execute the Brand strategy and marketing plans for BOUNCE, line with the wider business objectives.You will be able to translate our Brand Story to compelling ideas that will excite our audiences and make them want to visit us!

The successful candidate will also have extensive marketing experience (4-5 years) working across variety of traditional media channels, PR, AI tools, as well as exemplary written, spelling and grammar skills with strong attention to detail.

They will be creative and technically savvy, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously. Staying up-to-date with the latest social, lifestyle and marketing trends that appeal to our youth and parent audience segments will be important.

Experience with leisure and entertainment, parks, sports or retail brands is preferred.

Most importantly, the Brand Manager needs to live and breathe the brand culture and values.They need to be a straight-talker and a problem-solver.They need to be ready to roll their sleeves up and get in alongside the team to make stuff happen.They need to be a leader with confidence born from self-belief, not ego.
