BOUTIQUE EXPERIENCE AND RETAIL EVENT MANAGER

Location: Dubai, UAE

Type of contract: Full-Time

Reports to: Brand Marketing Director

ABOUT THE ROLE

This new position plays a key role in bringing the brand to life across all physical touchpoints. Sitting within the Global Brand Marketing team and reporting to the Brand Marketing Director, this role is responsible for animating the day-to-day boutique environment and elevating the customer in-store retail experience globally.

Working closely with regional and local teams, this role will provide strategic direction, tools, and frameworks to ensure every consumer activation feels locally meaningful, aligned with the Maison's priorities, and true to the world of Parfums de Marly.

At the crossroads of retail excellence and experiential marketing, the Boutique & Event Manager ensures that every boutique and retail customer moment reflects the brand's identity, storytelling, and standards of luxury.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Boutique Experience

  • Define and implement a global boutique plan calendar to drive year-round animations, events, and elevated customer moments across our most immersive retail environments.
  • Align all boutique planning and execution linked to business objectives defined by key thematics, KCPs and key moments throughout the year.
  • Assess and identify key global brand partnership opportunities for boutique activations.
  • Develop and maintain boutique guidelines to ensure consistency across all markets, including visual merchandising, client journey, product exclusivities, and the Art of Gifting experience.
  • Monitor boutique performance and client experience, identifying opportunities to continuously elevate retail excellence and customer engagement.

In-Store Retail Events

  • Conceptualize and deliver high-impact in-store retail events and masterclasses built around key brand themes, including but not limited to:

-evergreen storytelling

-product launches

-and major commercial moments such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Festive.

  • Create event frameworks, templates and processes that improve consistency, efficiency and best practice across all global and regional retail in-store events and masterclasses.
  • Develop global event guidelines, ways of working and operational playbooks to ensure consistency across markets, agencies and teams.
  • Partner closely with the Marketing and VM teams to create, develop/source and implement standardized tools and branded assets required to support each event concept and execution.
  • Collaborate with Training teams to create elevated event ceremonials and client engagement rituals tailored to each experience.
  • Ensure every event fully embodies the brand's universe, storytelling, craftsmanship, and premium positioning.
  • Stay ahead of trends across events, luxury, beauty, hospitality, and culture to identify emerging opportunities, innovative formats, and elevated client experiences.

PROFILE & COMPETENCIES

  • 5+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or brand activations within luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven experience delivering premium events, launches, client experiences and brand activations.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working across international markets and cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for heritage brands, storytelling and creating memorable experiences.
  • Fluent in French, professional level of English required.
