Position Title: Boutique Manager – Luxury Jewellery

A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.
Job Description:
- Manage the overall boutique operations, ensuring exceptional luxury jewellery retail standards, product presentation, security, and customer experience.
- Drive sales and profitability by achieving and exceeding targets, while monitoring key KPIs and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Leverage an extensive client database to build strong relationships with VIP, HNW, and UHNW clients, driving appointments, repeat purchases, referrals, and client retention through effective clienteling.
- Lead and motivate the boutique team, organize VIP events and private appointments, manage high-value transactions, and provide regular sales, clienteling, and market reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Boutique Manager / Store Manager within the luxury jewellery industry. Must have proven experience in managing and developing a retail sales team.
- With strong understanding of the luxury jewellery market and high-end clientele; Extensive existing client database and strong personal client network are highly preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- With strong knowledge of CRM systems and client database management.
