We are seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead our team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive business performance in the boutique with luxury jewelry brand.
In this role, you will:
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
Drive sales, profitability, and key business KPIs
Deliver exceptional customer and after-sales experiences
Manage store operations, inventory, and compliance
Coach, mentor, and develop team members
Analyze performance trends and identify growth opportunities
Build strong customer relationships and brand loyalty

- 5-8 years of relevant experience, 2 of which in a managerial position in a luxury environment.
- Experience with luxury jewelry boutique is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build working relationships.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Strong business development mindset, proactive in identifying potential new markets and customers.
