Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Giza. The Administrative Assistant will provide vital support to the team, handling tasks such as coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting executive-level staff. Personnel will be responsible for ensuring efficient office operations through clerical and organizational tasks, as well as maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including organization and multitasking
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to engage professionally
  • Proficiency with office software and scheduling tools
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant is preferred
