About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing, entrepreneurial Branch Manager to lead and grow our Dubai operations. This is a business leadership position for someone who can drive revenue, build a winning team, and scale the branch to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue
- Drive student recruitment and revenue growth across international markets.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual branch targets.
- Develop and execute local growth strategies and sales plans.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
Team Leadership & Performance
- Recruit, lead, mentor, and manage a team of counsellors and support staff.
- Build a high-performance, target-driven team culture.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct reviews.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching.
Operations & Service Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations.
- Maintain high standards of counselling, application processing, and visa documentation.
- Handle escalations and high-value clients professionally.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Partnerships & Market Presence
- Build and maintain relationships with partner institutions.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives, seminars, and education fairs.
- Represent the organization in key industry engagements.
Compliance & Financial Management
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
- Manage branch budgets and cost controls.
- Prepare regular performance and revenue reports.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field.
- 58 years in a target-driven sales or service industry.
- Minimum 23 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets.
- UAE market experience preferred.
Preferred Industry Background
- Educational consultancy or training institutes
- Insurance or investment advisory
- EdTech or B2C sales
- Hospitality or customer-experience businesses
