Role Description The Branch Insurance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Manşūrah. This role oversees daily insurance branch operations, including supervising team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The Branch Insurance Supervisor coordinates sales and service activities, supports staff in handling complex insurance inquiries, and ensures high-quality customer service. The role includes reviewing insurance applications and policy documentation, analyzing branch performance data, and preparing reports for management. The Branch Insurance Supervisor also collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and support training and development initiatives.

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance management, and coaching.
• Candidates should possess solid Insurance knowledge, including products, policy administration, and regulatory requirements.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Relevant experience in branch operations, financial services, or insurance supervision is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Al Manşūrah, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in basic office software and reporting tools; familiarity with insurance systems is an advantage.
• A relevant bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
