Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Doha, Qatar. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensure customer satisfaction, train and manage staff to achieve operational goals. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, implementing business strategies, managing inventory, developing relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards to support the organization's growth goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in branch management or similar leadership role (Luxury Retail).
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service excellence
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of business operations, compliance policies, and inventory management
• Experience in a managerial role, preferably in a luxury retail environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with the Qatari market and business practices is advantageous
