Role Description

The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This position involves overseeing daily operations, managing teams, and ensuring the branch meets all organizational goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include team management, operational strategy implementation, employee training, budget monitoring, and maintaining excellent customer relations. The Branch Manager will also analyze performance metrics and develop plans for continuous improvement across all areas of the branch.

Qualifications

  • +2 years of experience in Team Leadership, Staff Supervision, and Training Skills
  • Operational Planning, Decision-Making, and Strategy Development Skills
  • Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Relationship Management Skills
  • Organization, Time Management, and Problem-Solving Abilities
  • Experience in sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other operational software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the education sector and familiarity with local business practices are added advantages
