Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to oversee the overall operations of our beauty outlet. The successful candidate will drive sales performance, lead and develop the team, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure smooth daily operations while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations and overall performance of the outlet.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the outlet team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Drive sales growth and maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
• Plan staff schedules, monitor team performance, and ensure adequate manpower.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and hygiene standards.
• Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, cash handling, and operational reporting.
• Support and execute sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Analyse outlet performance and implement strategies to improve sales and productivity.
• Perform beauty consultations and treatments when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetic industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Branch Manager or similar leadership role.
