Branch Manager – Restaurant Operations
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage daily operations of our restaurant branch while ensuring excellent customer service, staff management, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage and supervise restaurant staff and shift leaders
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Monitor sales performance and control operational costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and training
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
- Maintain proper inventory control and stock management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Restaurant Manager in the F&B industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and customer service
- Experience with sales targets, cost control, and inventory management
- Ability to manage a high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
