Job Description
1.Develop and implement annual business plans and budgets for the branch, monitor key performance indicators such as on-time delivery performance, and ensure all operations meet company standards.
2.Oversee day-to-day logistics activities including inbound and outbound processing, last-mile delivery, and returns, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely execution.
3.Lead and manage branch teams by providing training, coaching, performance evaluation, and staffing planning based on operational volume forecasts to ensure adequate workforce capacity.
4.Optimize labor allocation and overall resource utilization to improve operational efficiency, while ensuring timely reporting of operational metrics and staff attendance.
5.Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and local regulations, address operational risks or emergencies promptly, and maintain constructive relationships with local authorities and community stakeholders.
6.Work closely with HR, Finance, Fleet, Customer Service, and other internal departments to support smooth branch operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirement
1.Bachelor's degree or above.
2.2+ years in operations management, with experience leading teams of 10+ people.
3.Background in cross-border e-commerce or the Middle East market is advantageous.
