Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning and business growth.
• Lead and manage a team effectively to achieve sales and business targets.
• Drive PL (Personal Loan) and LAP (Loan Against Property) product sales through strategic planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships in the local market to enhance sourcing opportunities.
• Ensure only open market sourcing strategies are implemented.
• Maintain stability and long-term growth of the branch.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in team and branch management in the banking/NBFC sector.
• Mandatory experience in PL/LAP products.
• Open market sourcing experience is a must (DSA/Connector-based sourcing will not be considered).
• Strong local market knowledge and connections in Viluppuram.
• Candidates with good job stability will be preferred.
• Willingness to attend face-to-face interviews as part of the selection process.
