Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager (Pharmacist) based in Cairo, Egypt. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of the pharmacy, ensure compliance with medical and operational regulations, manage inventory, and facilitate a customer-centric approach to service delivery. Responsibilities also include supervising staff, mentoring team members, meeting sales targets, and ensuring exceptional patient care and support.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical guidelines, and pharmacy operations
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on results and efficiency
• Familiarity with inventory management, compliance requirements, and sales processes
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with valid licensure to practice in Egypt
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software is a plus
• Experience in team leadership within the pharmacy or healthcare industry is highly desirable
