Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager Pharmacist located in Rehab. The Branch Manager Pharmacist will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, and maintain high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities
include
managing inventory
supervising pharmacy staff
providing professional advice to customers
ensuring the proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.
The Branch Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and fostering a positive work environment within the branch.
Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drugs, and medication management practices
Leadership and team management skills to supervise pharmacy staff and foster effective collaboration
Exceptional customer service skills to provide advice and build positive customer relationships
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in inventory management
Commitment to regulatory compliance and maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of pharmacy operations
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BPharm)
licensed pharmacist required
Effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and a detail-oriented approach
Previous experience in retail pharmacy or management roles is highly desirable
