Job Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operation, performance, and growth of the Pilates studio. This role oversees daily studio activities, member experience, sales performance, instructor management, scheduling, and operational excellence to ensure a high-quality client experience and achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio
- Ensure the studio is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation
- Monitor equipment condition and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirement
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive membership sales, package renewals, and revenue growth
- Monitor studio KPIs including memberships, retention, occupancy rates, and revenue target
- Develop and implement local marketing and community engagement initiative
- Identify opportunities to increase client acquisition and retention
Client Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer service and member satisfaction
- Handle member inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally and promptly
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive studio environment
- Monitor client feedback and implement improvement initiative
Team Leadership
- Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise Pilates instructors and front desk staff
- Develop team schedules and ensure adequate staffing level
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and ongoing development discussion
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture
Scheduling & Class Management
- Manage class schedules to maximize attendance and studio utilization
- Monitor instructor performance and class participation trend
- Ensure classes are delivered according to company standards and client expectation
Community & Brand Representation
- Represent the studio at community events, partnerships, and promotional activities
- Build relationships with members, local businesses, and wellness partners
- Ensure brand standards are consistently maintained across all touchpoints
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in studio, fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail management
- Experience leading teams and managing sales target
- Knowledge of fitness, wellness, or Pilates operations is highly desirable
