Position: Branch Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by themanagement, complete evaluations, analyze results and provide purposeful feedback.
Ensure that results aremeasured against KPI standards, whilemaking necessary changes along the way.
Reporting tomanagement about selling all of the education services to potential students.
Accept the linemanager's task allocations and report the student conversion figures eachmonth.
Evaluate andmanage staff performance.
Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
Handle student inquiries and complaints.
Lead generation and lead assignment to teammembers.
Develop andmaintaining excellent relations with potential students through school visit or socialmedia.
Advising potential students on education opportunities (Foundation, Undergraduate, Postgraduate) in different countries (UK, USA, Canada,Malaysia and Australia).
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to advise and assist students with academic and vocational development.
Help students select the right university or programs for their needs.
Able to work under target pressure and willing to communicate with students.
Guiding students on university/college application/admission procedures.
Answering inquiries from potential student clients andmake sales of education service.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
Graduation or Post Graduation in any field from a well reputed institute of university.
At least 4-5 years of experience as a Sr. Education Counsellor or as a Branch Manager.
Should have deep knowledge about foreign education system (Cambridge education system and American education system).
Overall knowledge of preparing student for the credibility interviews and assessment of SOP.
Must have updated knowledge about the student visa application for UK, USA, Canada and Australia, and essential understanding about the international pathway a provider is a plus.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills Required:
Excellent Communication Skills. Fluency in English and Arabic Language.
Proficient in personal computing skill.
Experience with training and study abroad education.

Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve results.
An ability to communicate effectively with students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
Flexibility over working hours
