Role Description The Branch Manager (Sales & Operations) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This position oversees day-to-day branch operations, including managing staff schedules, ensuring high-quality delivery of language programs, and maintaining smooth administrative processes. The Branch Manager is responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and meeting enrollment and revenue targets. The role includes monitoring performance metrics, implementing local marketing initiatives, and ensuring adherence to company policies and educational standards. The Branch Manager also handles reporting to senior management, supports staff development, and addresses learner and client inquiries and feedback.
Qualifications

• Strong branch management skills, including team leadership, staff supervision, and performance monitoring.
• Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and achieving enrollment or revenue targets.
• Operational expertise in scheduling, resource allocation, and maintaining efficient administrative workflows.
• Capability to implement local marketing and outreach activities to grow branch visibility and student numbers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse learners and colleagues.
• Experience in educational services, language training, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under time and performance pressures.
