Branch Manager – Aswan

Location: Aswan

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the branch's daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Achieve branch sales targets and business objectives.

Lead, motivate, and supervise the branch team.

Monitor employees performance and provide coaching when needed.

Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalated customer concerns.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Coordinate with different departments to support branch operations.

Maintain a professional and organized branch environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.

3+ years of experience in branch management, retail, education, or sales management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Sales-oriented mindset.

Good command of English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Residents of Ismailia or nearby areas are preferred.
